Is a Santuko knife good for cutting meat?
Question: My cover cuts a lot of meat, expecially tri tip, and I thought a knife would santuko good as it can very thin slice, but give others the blade is shorter, so it looks like it could cause problems when it comes to large pieces of meat ..... suggestions?
