Hoffritz Knives - Serrated

Brief Red and I recently acquired a two-dimensional and eleemosynary hocho, and a few other knives including a bread slash, a paring blade and a scullery pierce -- all toothed, all made by Hoffritz.  We got them at the Christmas Tree Retailer somewhere in New Jersey.  They are the sharpest knives I ever hardened.  Incredibly valuable for many aspects of slicing and dicing and peeling and paring.  Bit too perilous for children, I suppose, but .... children don't as per usual do much of the cooking .... or do they?
