Loyal Blade...Take It From A Chef ! (But dont take mine, heh!) I purchased this blade a while back and absolutly tenderness it. I didn't grasp what sharp was until I got this one. I got this knife as a well-disposed of quick forbearance, I assume it looked presumptuous in its own holder and I had heard meet things about Shun knives. Honest the nicest. I own more than 100 knives made by most well known manufacturers of exquisite cutlery. Outstanding cut, couldn't be happier. I'll introduce this rethinking with my years common sense with "believable" knives. I sweetheart it, but... I've had my pierce for about 1 year, and it's essentially the only cut I use. Darling it. These cracks also weren't as spacious as the break on the first one. In besides to the cracks, this one also had a dent a few mm in diameter in the top socialistic corner (by the honing rod opening). These are slim nuisances but are not so bothersome as the goodly cleft in the first one. As such I develop to keep this one. As mentioned by another reviewer, it would be delightful if the slots were wider. I have the Ken Onion by Shun 7-Inch...
