The ingredients are almost all orderly. I was surprised to see Palm Kernal Oil in the top 10 ingredients.

So what is agley palm oil??

Luna bars are OK. But I'm not a big fan of consistency. They seem like compressed sawdust, even if they fall soup.

I they are for women so they have folic acid.

I like the Precipice bars much better. same result. Many choices of flavor. Generally innate.

Use what ever you like most adroitly.
