Expert Gardener Perfect Mix Potting Soil, does it need more fertilizer?

Question: Hello everyone! I transplanted my seedlings and more using this Expert Gardener Perfect Mix potting soil for the first advance. I do not know it was not a ture repotting, but flourish.


Any expert gardeners out there?? My outdoor plants aren't flowering...Help!
