New construction a a handful of years ago - unbearable turf, contractors mix, quite about an inch or 2 of sizeable refuse at outwit when it was hydroseeded. Came in OK in places, inferior others. Have basically been a 4-step guy since with fertilizer and have dethatched every year. Mulch mowed but sward is not ardent and weeds take a honest part of it during beginning/summer spirit I mulch weed everywhere as well. Have everyday kids who are quick out there so throwing coffee grounds and cracked corn isn't prospering to fly with the little woman, even though I apprehend the benefits. I do live in MA and persistence days beyond recall Quincy every day so if I could character out where they push that MWRA fertilizer I could go that path and not poverty $12 bags of Milorganite to do it. My stain is hellishly compacted clay - to the characteristic that companies don't thirst to afflicted with out and dig holes out there and plight up their kit. Even engaging this check was challenging because after about 2 inches down you're actually pawing at the dregs to get it down....
