We accidentally applied Weed N Feed to flowering perennials. Anything we can do to save them?

Question: Our perennials are in full sun and we were giving them abundance of water per day, but accidentally grabbed the Weed N Feed in their last watering. This morning, the summit of flowers have been wound on, but the leaves seem solid. Ditto for the nearby Wiegel.
