New Years is right-minded around the corner, and you know what that means, it’s time to come up with your New Year’s undertaking.  I’ve always thought they were stupid, I mean who really follows through with it?  While having a cup of coffee with your friends, making a aim for the upcoming year may sound like a great idea, but once that year starts rolling, resolutions are often put off to the side and forgotten about.  I can’t recollect what my last New Year’s resolution was – probably because I didn’t stick to it and its point was minimal.  This year, despite the fact that I think the position is stupid; I am going to follow through with my resolution.  I dare you to take on this ultimatum too.  It doesn’t have to be something difficult or time consuming – but heed taking on a goal that will in one way or another benefit the environment. 

For years I have wanted to start a compost collect in my home.  Many of my friends have them and I just don’t see the sense in not having one – aside from my own laziness.  I have not started my worm bin yet, but I have done the check in and am now beginning to collect everything I need.
