The meeting was called to order at 10:08 a.m. Those in gate were Darron Trohkimoinen, John Heisler, Harlan Palo, Bryant Herman, Bob Soderlin, and Darrel Cox. Also in audience were Randy Oliver, Joel Brunner, Manager Pitts and Sherry Morovits. Dwight Kitzan was away.

The agenda was presented and no additions were noted so Trohkimoinen moved to approve the agenda as presented. Seconded by Heisler. All in Favor. Proposal Carried.

Soderlin moved to approve the minutes of November 8 presented. Seconded by Herman. All in Favor. Transit Carried.

The bills were presented by Treasurer Charlotte Bethea. Heisler moved to approve the bills as presented and to transmission $32,000 from the reserve savings account to the general checking. Seconded by Trohkimoinen. Gesture Carried. Oliver asked about the engineering bill. Pitts explained that part of the bill for the lining will be paid through sea water smart funding.
