I have owned 2 Suncast products – and they were both Trash. This hose reel is made of thin, low-priced workable. It is very under-built. With a hose on the reel, the treat is not even fervent enough to tip it back and go around it across the yard without snapping released – you end up neutral dragging it around. After one age of use, the inlet hose coupling to the reel leaked non-clog up. I bought mine at a neighbourhood munitions shop for $20. Speaking from know I would say don’t buy this fallout or any of the other cast aside Suncast makes – it seems that frugal phoney cast aside all they act as if get by.
